Validity of Membership

The holiday package membership provided by our company remains valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, customers may plan their travel by notifying us via email or our customer care team at least 21 days in advance. While making a request, customers are required to share three preferred destination options so we can ensure the best possible arrangements and experience.

Please note that our company does not handle bookings for transportation, including bus, train, or flight tickets. Travelers are solely responsible for their health, personal belongings, and travel arrangements. Once a booking has been confirmed upon customer approval, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In case of cancellation by the customer, no future booking will be permitted under the same package.
